• Time of preparation 1-3 weekdays
• You can pick up any order. To mark this at the checkout stage, select the delivery method "Pickup"
• After ordering our manager will contact you to clarify all the details
• You can pick up your order only on weekdays from 10:00 to 19:00. Pickup service is free of charge

International delivery (including CIS countries)

• You can place international orders at our web-site or at our telephone number +7-929-661-01-23.
• International delivery is carried out by the express courier service DHL or EMS after 100% payment for the order at the web-site.
• The delivery costs are calculated automatically when you place your order*;
• The international delivery terms depend on the selected transport company;
• Parcels are picked up only on weekdays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on holidays are shipped on the next business day.
• Please be informed that in some non-CIS countries there is no courier delivery service. A notification on your shipment delivery will be forwarded to your address. In this case, you will need to pick it up on your own in the nearest post office in your city.
• If the parcel is not delivered on time or if it is not tracked, please contact us via the feedback form or by our telephone number +7-929-661-01-23.

* The delivery cost is calculated net of taxes and duties of your country of residence. It means that your delivery expenses may grow depending on the local taxation system and customs clearance regulations. Please make all the necessary inquiries related to updated information on monthly limits, duties amounts and customs clearance regulations for international parcels on your own before placing your order.

The courier service may extend the delivery terms for any reasons beyond our control.

Track your order

When your order is processed and handed over to the courier service you will receive a notification with a shipment number at your telephone number in order to track the parcel.
