International Shipping and Delivery
Due to limitations and restrictions imposed on the territory of the Russian Federation and due to high demand for shipping companies it may take longer for your orders to be delivered!
We ship and deliver our products worldwide. For any international orders, the options of trying products on or paying by instalments shall not be available. Any pre-paid orders shall be processed and completed within 4–5 business days from the date of payment. Please note that completing and delivering orders during sales may take longer than usual.
- International deliveries shall be effected by the express courier service DHL and DPD provided that the order has been paid in full.
- The delivery charge shall be calculated automatically.*;
- International delivery takes 5–14 business days;
- Parcels may be picked up only during weekdays. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or during holidays shall be dispatched on the next business day;
- Please note that, in some countries, courier delivery services may not be available. A notification shall be sent to your postal/email address, informing you that your package has arrived. Therefore, you will need to pick up your package from the nearest post office in your city.
- If you refuse to receive the order, the shipping fee shall not be refunded, and you will be requested to fully pre-pay any order you may place with us in the future.
- If your package has not arrived on time or cannot be tracked online, please contact us through our Feedback Form or by calling us at the phone number +7 (925) 163-42-00.
* Shipping costs do not include any taxes and duties that apply in your country. It means that your shipping costs may increase due to such taxes and duties, depending on the local tax regulations. The courier service may extend the delivery terms owing to reasons beyond our control.
Track Your Order
After your order has been processed and handed to the courier service, you will receive a notification in your email inbox with a tracking number for tracking the delivery.
